A Performance Test at Compound allows you to look deep into how your body moves. Find out where your body is strongest and what areas you need to focus on.
During a Performance Test session we will test your lower body strength, looking at 3 main joints (Hips, Knees and Ankles). We will also look at your upper body strength, looking into how your shoulder works while in “Dangerous Space”, these are the I (Above head), Y (Out on angle) and T positions (Straight out to the side). Lastly, we will find out how powerful you are by looking at your Squat Jump and Counter-Movement Jump. This will tell us if your a strength, power or elastic athlete.
All this data will be put together in a Performance Report for you to sit down and read. The report will outline what strengths and weaknesses you have, plus provide you with some recommendations on how you can improve.

You can’t be training every minute of everyday!!
So what are you doing outside of your training?
Relaxing with the compression boots on could be a great option. Sit back and relax as the boots slowly compress, giving your legs a nice massage.
The compression and deflation of the boots will help in promoting blood flow and remove waste products left over from a hard training session or game.
